1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping across the United States.

3. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Brick by Brick Apparel is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or you believe it was lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
